I had the same "white screen" problem described by the previous reviewers. However, a bit of googling, and I found the fix:
After you install the game, don't launch the game yet.
1. Open Windows Explorer on your PC and look for:
C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Go Diego Go - Great Dinosaur Rescue\res
2. Rename the "res" part to "Minigames" so that it looks like this:
C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Go Diego Go - Great Dinosaur Rescue\Minigames
Voila! Now the game works even after you click on the "entrance" door.

My son is 4 years old and he loves this game. It wasnt working at first when installed on the computer but I did just as was advised in one of the reviews and it works perfect. Its a great game. My 6 year old daughter loves to play it also.
